Sierra Marlee writes that the Wikileaks email releases have been extremely damaging to the Democratic Party, and in particular, Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton. The most recent dump involves a series of exchanges between Clinton and John Podesta, and it proves that she knows who is funding our enemies.
The emails are dated in 2014, at which time Podesta was a counselor to President Barack Obama. Hillary had composed an eight-point plan to defeat ISIS in key areas like Iraq and Syria, but it’s what she said later in the email that has some people in shock. (Our emphasis added).
“While this military/para-military operation is moving forward, we need to use our diplomatic and more traditional intelligence assets to bring pressure on the governments of Qatar and Saudi Arabia, which are providing clandestine financial and logistic support to ISIL and other radical Sunni groups in the region.”
“This effort will be enhanced by the stepped up commitment in the [Kurdish Regional Government]. The Qataris and Saudis will be put in a position of balancing policy between their ongoing competition to dominate the Sunni world and the consequences of serious U.S. pressure.”
The Clinton Foundation has accepted tens of millions of dollars from countries that the State Department — before, during and after Mrs. Clinton’s time as secretary — criticized for their records on sex discrimination and other human-rights issues. The countries include Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Brunei and Algeria.
Saudi Arabia has been a particularly generous benefactor. The kingdom gave between $10 million and $25 million to the Clinton Foundation.
So not only is Hillary Clinton claiming to be a champion of women while taking money from countries that treat women like second-class citizens, but she’s also taking money from the countries that are putting money and weapons into the hands of people who would like to see Americans dead.
This alone should disqualify her from the Presidency, as she is known to actively engage in cordial relations with the enemy and make no mistake, sending aid to people who want us dead makes you our enemy.
