Florida voters are now suing for a recount in the Sunshine State.
Three central Florida voters filed a lawsuit Monday in Leon Circuit Court claiming Hillary Clinton won Florida and not Donald Trump. The plaintiffs say the state’s election results are off because of hacking, issues with voting machines and other problems. An attorney for the plaintiffs say there have been numerous reports of voters being turned away at the polls, or told they could not vote because they had already voted when they had not. Trump beat Clinton in Florida by more than 112,000 votes.
The plaintiffs are demanding a hand recount of every paper ballot in Florida. But their lawyers say a recount likely won’t happen given the late notice. The Electoral College is scheduled to meet on December 19th.
