The liberal spam website “Occupy Democrats” just ran a piece complaining about a Donald Trump “attack” on their “beloved First Lady Michelle Obama” – and the comments are just as hilarious as their outrage.
Here’s the quote in question responsible for the faux-outrage:
“We have a bunch of babies running our country folks. They’re losers. We have a president. All he wants to do is campaign. His wife, all she wants to do is campaign. And I see how much his wife likes Hillary. But wasn’t she the one that started the statement, “if you can’t take care of your home? right? You can’t take care your White House, and the country? Where is that? I don’t hear that! She’s the one that started it. I said ‘we can’t say that it’s too vicious.’ Can you believe it? I said that. They said ‘well Michelle Obama said that.’ I said she did? She said that but we don’t hear about it.”
So, this writer at Occupy Democrats apparently needs to occupy a library, because what Trump said is completely true. When Senator Obama was running against Senator Clinton for the Democrat nomination back in 2008, Michelle Obama was the one bringing up Bill Clinton’s sex scandals to attack her. “In my view, if you can’t run your own house, you can’t run the White House” she said to laughter and applause.
Heck – I don’t even think that Michelle Obama was really being attacked by Donald Trump. She was being quoted by Trump. It’s too bad liberals don’t like what she had to say – and somehow managed to blame it on Trump.
