A Utah 2-year-old rescued his twin brother after a dresser fell on him, USA Today reports.
The twins’ father, Ricky Shoff wrote on Facebook he was “hesitant” to share a video of the dresser attacking his child, but thought it would be useful to remind parents just how dangerous dressers can be.
“We are so grateful for the bond that these twin brothers share,” Shoff said. “We know Bowdy was not alone in moving the dresser off of Brock. And feel blessed that he is OK.”
Shoff claims the twins were playing Friday morning when a dresser fell on Brock, yet he and his wife heard nothing.
In the video, we can see Brock crying and Brody trying to lift the dresser off him, before pushing it far enough for Brody to escape.
As Brody pushes, Brock wriggles his way out from under the dresser.
Ricky says his wife, Kayli, woke up a little later and checked on the twins after seeing the footage, but “there wasn’t a scratch” on either of them.
“It’s kind of a miracle, it’s something really special, to see how Bowdy helped Brock,” Shoff said.
