Liberals often criticize First Lady Melania Trump for the outfits she wears, but she is still one of the most classiest first ladies this country has ever had.
On Wednesday, Trump hosted an event for International Women’s Day and spent the day talking about the struggles of women throughout the world and her own past struggles growing up as a woman in a former communist state.
Of course, liberals will find a way to attack her for supporting women’s rights, but for the sensible among us, she delivered an impactful speech.
When Trump entered the room, she was greeted with a standing ovation by her many supporters, which included Betsy DeVos, Kellyanne Conway, and more.
“As an immigrant myself, having grown up in a communist society, I know all too well the value and importance of freedom and equal opportunity,” the first lady said, according to prepared remarks provided to CNN. “Ideas which this great nation was founded and has continued to strive towards throughout its history.”
Both President Trump and Vice President Mike Pence made an appearance at the event as well.

It is nice to finally have a first lady that cares about the important issues and goes about solving them with some dignity and class.
