Diamond Reynolds made a name for herself in the summer of 2016 when her and her boyfriend were pulled over by police and things took a turn for the worst.
The St. Anthony’s police officer, who pulled them over during a traffic stop according to the Pioneer Press, fatally shot Reynold’s boyfriend, Philando Castile, while she live-streamed the attack, sparking an international outcry.
Now, Reynolds has turned the spotlight negatively towards herself.
Reynolds, along with Dyamond Richardson and Chnika Blair, were taken into custody Thursday in Minnesota, after allegedly attacking another woman with a hammer. The three will likely be charged with a felony assault according to the Heatstreet. Bail is set at $40K according to the Star Tribune.
