According to a new report, former President Barack Obama wasted a staggering $36.2 million in taxpayer money in his final year in order to hide records from the press.
The report was issued by the “Associated Press.” The $36.2 million went to legal fees to combat requests under the Freedom of Information Act.
This wasn’t the first year Obama blocked the press, citizens, and other interested parties. In fact, he did this throughout most of his presidency.
When confronted about it, the Obama administration often refused the requests and made it extremely difficult for the media to report on the administration.

Even more hilarious, here is a quote from Obama himself about people who like to hide things.
“The only people who don’t want to disclose the truth are people with something to hide,” he said.
Maybe Obama should listen to his own advice, lucky for us, he’s no longer our president.
