“We’re coming for you. Run!”
That’s the threatening message of Florida’s Lake County Sheriff Peyton Grinnell to heroin dealers as his agency has taken a unique approach to the heroin epidemic, which has reached a new high across the America, 100% Fed Up reports.
In a video posted Friday on the agency’s website, Grinnell was flanked by four agents wearing black hoods and masks where he tells dealers that his undercover agents have purchased heroin from them, and they are just waiting for the arrest warrants before they make the arrests.
“Enjoy looking over your shoulder and constantly wondering if today is the day we will come for you,” Grinnell warns the pushers.
He also said those dealers linked to overdose deaths will face murder charges and his agency has asked for help from the community to capture them.
The video has been viewed at least 570,000 times and has earned praise on social media from affected residents who appreciated the strong message.
