North Korea announced Friday that it is moving ahead with its nuclear weapons test and warned the United States that it would take military countermeasures if the President Donald Trump will attack the country with a pre-emptive strike, according to the Gateway Pundit.
North Korea’s Vice Minister Han Song-ryol accused the Trump administration of “making trouble,” and warned that his country “will go to war if they choose.”
The reclusive country also threatened to destroy the American army bases in South Korea within a few minutes, as a countermeasure against any U.S. military action, according to state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) on Friday.
Its threat to attack the United States Forces Korea (USFK) bases in South Korea also extends to U.S. allies. “We don’t hide that the strongholds of evil such as the U.S. army bases including those at Osan, Gunsan, and Pyeongtaek as well as the Blue House in South Korea can be razed within a few minutes,” the spokesman for the General Staff of the Korean People’s Army (KPA) said in a statement.
