Delta Air Lines is the latest U.S. carrier to come under fire after a video went viral on social media showing a passenger removed from the plane because he broke protocol by using the bathroom because he couldn’t hold it any longer when the flight was delayed, 100% Fed Up reports.
Kima Hamilton, 39, was a passenger aboard Delta Airlines Flight 2035 from Atlanta to Milwaukee on April 18 that was delayed for about 30 minutes.
Because of the hold-up, Hamilton felt the urge to go to the bathroom, but was denied by the flight attendant.
But as the delay continued, Hamilton got back up and used the restroom at the plane’s rear fearing that an “accident” in his seat.
As he returned to his seat, the pilot announced that the plane had to return to the gate to remove a passenger.
In a video posted by fellow passenger Krista Rosolino, it shows two airline officials asking Hamilton to get off the plane.
The incident is the latest in a string of poor treatment of customers by airlines in the last few weeks.
