Ariana Grande, whose concert at Manchester Arena in England was bombed on Monday, said in a tweet that she’s “broken” after 19 were killed and more than 50 others injured after the explosion, The Smoke Room reports.
The singer of the hit song “Dangerous Woman” also tweeted that she didn’t “have words” for what happened.
Grande, who was not hurt by the explosion, had just finished her performance and left the stage when many from the audience heard a loud blast.
Scooter Braun, the singer’s manager, said, “Our hearts are broken’ as they mourned ‘the lives of children and loved ones taken by this cowardly act,’
He also thanked authorities in Manchester for quickly responding to the scene.
Other celebrities, including Taylor Swift, Harry Styles and Nicki Minaj, have also expressed their horror at what occurred and sent their sympathies to the victims’ families.
