Pop singer Katy Perry was mocked on social media for using the terror attack in Manchester Arena in England Monday night to promote a liberal agenda, the Gateway Pundit reports.
On Tuesday, Perry was a guest on “The Elvis Duran Show” where she was asked to comment about the deadly attack.
Perry said, “I think that the greatest thing we could do is just unite and love on each other, and like, no barriers, no borders, like, we all need to just co-exist.”
Twitter users were quick to mock Perry’s suggestion that borders with no barriers were the solution to ending global terrorism.
Critics shared pictures of the music star’s $18 million Beverly Crest mansion that has a tall gate.
A 22-year-old Manchester-born Muslim, Salman Abedi, detonated a suicide bomb outside the arena where Grande just finished her performance. The explosion killed 22 people and injured 59.
