Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton requested a top aide in 2011 to make proper arrangements so she can fly on a separate plan from then-first lady Michelle Obama.
Judicial Watch released on Thursday over 2,000 emails from Clinton’s private email server she used during her time at the State Department.
The conservative watchdog obtained the emails through the lawsuit it filed against the State Department on May 5, 2015.
One of the emails show a conversation between Clinton and top aide Huma Abedin about how she would rather not share the same plane with Obama as they head to Betty Ford’s funeral in California.
Clinton asked, “Is it ok that we and Mrs. O take two separate planes?”
Abedin replied, “I think it’s ok. But let me see what kind of plane she’s taking.”
“I would rather have our own of course,” Clinton said.
The recent email release also shows conversations in which Abedin appears to give favors to the Clinton Foundation.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton once requested to fly in a separate plane rather than share one with then-First Lady Michelle Obama, according to newly released emails.
The email exchange was part of a new batch of emails that government watchdog Judicial Watch obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request. Clinton and her top aide, Huma Abedin, discussed in a July 2011 exchange Clinton’s plans to attend the funeral of fellow former First Lady Betty Ford in Grand Rapids, Mich.
