Journalist Skylar Baker-Jordan says straight people should stay out of “gay spaces” like gay bars unless they get an invite, the Dailywire reports.
Baker-Jordan, a gay individual, took to Twitter on Monday saying, “I don’t mind LGBT women being in gay bars but I don’t think straight folks of any gender should go without an invite.”
The comment was a reaction to an article from Out Magazine written by Rose Dommu, which criticizes “misogynistic” gay men getting mad at straight women for being at gay bars.
Baker-Jordan suggested that straight people of both sexes should only be welcomed in gay establishments if they obtain proper invites.
In a follow up tweet, journalist doubled-down on his anti-straight stance, arguing that straight people disrespect “gay spaces” when then enter without an invitation from someone in the LGBT community.
In 2015, the journalist wrote an article for The Daily Dot where he defended the #KillAllWhitePeople hashtag.
