Fox News host Tucker Carlson destroyed Drexel University professor George Ciccariello-Maher on Thursday after Ciccariello-Maher said he wanted to “vomit” when someone gave up their seat to a soldier on an airplane.
According to him, he wanted to “vomit” when a passenger gave up their first-class seat to a U.S. soldier.
Watch the exchange below:
Ciccariello-Maher argued that it was “irresponsible” to blindly support wars and to engage in solider worship. Instead of recognizing the kind act, he started to “yell about Mosul” instead.
Carlson hit Ciccariello-Maher hard for criticizing the soldier when it is U.S. policy makers that dictate where they serve.
“Why is it bad to give them a first-class seat?” Tucker asked. “Somebody’s trying to be nice to guy who’s going through all these hardships … and that makes you mad. Why?”
Shame on Ciccariello-Maher for vilifying a soldier that is fighting to guarantee his freedoms. The brave sacrifices of our servicemen and women ensure that we are able to live safe and happy lives.
