A passionate Chicago resident called out Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel earlier in the week over his fight against President Donald Trump and Attorney General Jeff Sessions and their immigration reform.
Brunell Donald-Kyei appeared on “Fox & Friends” where she proceeded to criticize the mayor for his decision.
“If he wants to thwart federal law, he should get what’s coming to him: loss of his mayorship and a nice warm jail cell,” Donald-Kyei said in response to the mayor calling Trump’s immigration policy “a bit of a joke.”
“Why aren’t your priorities the people of Chicago?” she asked, pointing to the “veterans, youth, homeless and elderly” who desperately need their mayor to put aside his liberal political agenda and care more about them than about those in the country illegally.
“Americans need that money,” she continued. “I think it’s just a travesty, it’s disgusting and he needs to be voted out.”

She is right. Chicago needs that federal funding and Emanuel is willing to deprive his own citizens in order to push his own personal agenda. That is sickening and Emanuel deserves to be thrown out for the way he is acting.
