Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg needs to resign from the Supreme Court immediately.
On Monday, she called Sen. Lindsey Graham one of the “women of the Senate.” One problem, Graham is a man.
“I thought back to the 1993 confirmation of my nomination to the court—the hearing was altogether civil, the vote was 96 to 3. For Justice Scalia, the vote was unanimous,” Ginsburg said. “Let’s hope members of Congress, the members that Allegheny College has already honored — Vice President Joe Biden and Senator John McCain, the women of the Senate, Senators Dianne Feinstein and Lindsey Graham — let’s hope that they and others of goodwill will lead in restoring harmonious work ways.”
The fact that someone as senile as Ginsburg is deciding landmark cases in the Supreme Court is both scary and insulting.
It is time for her to retire and to allow someone much younger and more sensible to sit on the bench. Calling a longtime male Republican senator a female demonstrates how much her mind has slipped. Because of this, she can no longer be trusted to make important decisions.
