For years, North Korea has been threatening the West. Under former President Barack Obama, we allowed North Korea to grow and threaten our country.
Now, under President Donald Trump, we continue to take a stand against the North Korean menace.
Earlier in the week, North Korea threatened to try and test nuclear missiles every week until they have a successful launch.
“We’ll be conducting more missile tests on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis,” Song-Ryol said, adding that any “reckless” U.S. military response could very well result in “all-out war” in the region.
“If the U.S. comes up with a dangerous military option, then the first card is in our hands, then we’ll deal with it with our pre-emptive strike,” he added.
“This means war,” he added, according to the International Business Times.
On Monday, Vice President Mike Pence denounced the North Koreans and their aggressive actions.
“Just in the past two weeks, the world witnessed the strength and resolve of our new president in actions taken in Syria and Afghanistan,” Pence said. “North Korea would do well not to test his resolve or the strength of the armed forces of the United States in this region.”
Luckily for the West, we have Trump guiding the United States now. Trump will not let the North Koreans bully the free world and he will stand up to them and ensure that they do not develop a nuclear weapons program.
