President Donald Trump promised this week that he would unveil his new tax reform plan.
On Wednesday, his administration officially revealed the details of his plan and how it would improve the economy and help the middle class.
During a press conference, the media asked House Speaker Paul Ryan if the White House was overstepping its boundaries with its new plan.
“No, not at all. This is something we’ve been talking to them all along. We had a very good meeting with them yesterday. Our committees, the Ways and Means Committee and the finance in the White House are going to work regularly now to get a bill that’s unified.”
“We’ve been briefed now and it’s exactly along the same lines we want to go. Progress is being made showing we’re moving and getting on the same page.”
At that point, Ryan started giggling, showing how little he cared about the issue at hand.
“Wow, let’s do that again. Wow, that was very interesting. Wow, progress, yeah.”
It’s time that we got rid of this clown and installed some real leadership in Congress. We have to take advantage of our majority in both the House and Senate and use it to pass favorable laws that will benefit the entire country.
