President Donald Trump doesn’t care about the Washington political game or sucking up to the media.
He has made that pretty clear throughout his time in office, often attacking the liberal media and exposing them for their hypocrisy and lies.
Trump decided to skip this year’s White House Correspondent’s Dinner, and instead, he hosted a campaign-style rally in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
According to reports, Trump’s event in Pennsylvania set an attendance record at the arena it was being hosted at.

Rather than try and suck up to the media in Washington, Trump spent the night with his dedicated supporters.
Former President Barack Obama loved the spotlight and frequently avoided communicating with the American people. This is where Trump differs from his predecessor. Not only does Trump love speaking to his supporters, he actively listens to them and tries to help them.
Finally, we have a president that cares about the American people.
