The White House called out North Korea on Saturday after the North Koreans launched another missile.
North Korea is rushing to try and develop their nuclear program and continues to threaten the West in every way possible.
In response, the White House called out the North Koreans, labeling them as a menace to the rest of the world.
“The President has been briefed on the latest missile test by North Korea,” said the statement. “With the missile impacting so close to Russian soil – in fact, closer to Russia than to Japan – the President cannot imagine that Russia is pleased.”
“North Korea has been a flagrant menace for far too long. South Korea and Japan have been watching this situation closely with us. The United States maintains our ironclad commitment to stand with our allies in the face of the serious threat posed by North Korea. Let this latest provocation serve as a call for all nations to implement far stronger sanctions against North Korea.”
Fox News reports:
The Pentagon confirmed that North Korea launched some type of ballistic missile at around 10:30 a.m. Hawaii time. It was launched near Kusung and landed in the Sea of Japan.
The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) determined the missile launch from North Korea did not pose a threat to North America.
South Korea’s Yonhap News Agency reported the missile traveled about 435 miles.
The launch is the first in two weeks since the last attempt to fire a missile ended in a failure just minutes into flight.
What do you think about this? Thank God we finally have competent leadership running this country. If Barack Obama was still in charge, we would be handing the North Koreans money and nuclear weapons as a token of good faith.
