Everyone knows former President Barack Obama loved to spy on innocent Americans.
However, a harmless moment from a 2012 interview has revealed just how deep Obama’s paranoia went.
According to journalist Mark Bowden, who interviewed White House staff for his 2012 book, “The Finish: The Killing of Osama bin Laden,” the entire White House is bugged.
Bowden explained that his recorder died mid-interview.
“So I said my goodbyes and as I was walking out of the Oval Office with Ben Rhodes, I said, ‘Ben, you’re not going to believe this, but my recorder died in the middle of that somewhere,’” Bowden recounted.
“Ah don’t worry about it,’ (Rhodes) says, ‘we record everything in here. We’ll get you a transcript before you leave.’ And he did,” he stated.
Conservative Tribune reports:
The Post’s article does note that a former Obama official stated that the transcript came from a stenographer in the room (whom apparently Bowden never noticed), and that Obama never secretly recorded people in the Oval Office.
Well I guess that settles it, because Obama and his administration officials where always totally honest with the American people about everything they did.
Even if all Obama ever had was a stenographer, that still counts as recording conversations in the Oval Office. Remember, Trump’s tweet had “tapes” in quotation marks, so he may not have meant he was literally taping all conversations.
Once again, Obama has been caught spying on innocent people. What do you think about this?
