A conservative commentator from Australia was recently the target of a surprise attack by a group of leftist thugs.
Sky News anchor Andrew Bolt was trying to enjoy a nice lunch at an Italian restaurant in Melbourne earlier in the week, when a woman asked to pose for a selfie with him.
As he stood up to take the photo, two masked men rushed him and threw a glittery, sticky substance at him.
The angry Bolt fought back, slamming and punching the thugs, causing them to flee.
“Two masked protesters then jumped me, spraying me in the face and all over my suit with some sticky liquid with some glitter and dye,” Bolt recounted. “Bad luck for them, of course, I don’t do ‘running and hiding.’”
“Police are now looking for this young man, who will have a big bruise on the left side of his face and another bruise between his legs, for which I apologize, I guess, but I don’t really fight nice if I’m pushed too far,” Bolt explained.
“Luckily the cameras do not capture me kicking one between the legs,” he added jokingly. “I cannot have my children see me acting like a thug.”
Credit to Bolt for standing up for himself. Hopefully the thugs who attacked him get caught and charged for their senseless crime.
