President Donald Trump has proven already that he is a far better president than former President Barack Obama.
According to new reports from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Trump has shattered Obama’s epic 7-year welfare epidemic.
Even better, Trump managed to fix our country’s welfare issues in just 6 short months.
Conservative Tribune reports:
According to the USDA’s statistics, the number of Americans participating in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program during the current fiscal year stands at 42,609,852.
That’s the lowest the number has been since 2010, when 40,302,000 Americans participated.
In 2013, the program saw the highest number of participants at 47.6 million. This, of course was under former President Barack Obama, whom former House Speaker Newt Gingrich once aptly nicknamed the “food stamp president.”
Obama began to cut the program slightly in 2014 mainly to appease Republicans, but more significantly, individual states implemented their own efforts to cut down on the number of those taking part in food stamp programs.
When Trump campaigned for the presidency, he promised to put the taxpayers first, and that is a promise that he clearly intends to keep.
All healthy adults should have to work to provide for their families, there should be no bailouts for perfectly healthy individuals who are too lazy to work.
