40-year old Mexican national, Oscar Perez Rangel, has felony armed robbery charges on his records as well as charges for sexually abusing a 12-year old girl in daycare. He was arrested on Friday for his crimes in Virigina.
The charges are “three counts of felony animate-object sexual penetration” as well as “two counts of aggravated sexual battery.” His victim was a 12-year old girl, who was sent to be looked after at a day care operated by Rangel’s girlfriend, who suffered from several incidents between October and December of 2016.
After his arrest, his previous crimes that include his felony record came to light. He has been bouncing around back and forth in this country and avoiding jail time by being deported to Meixco. In this new Trump Administration, he will not get away with a crime like this again.
From Daily Caller:
A review of federal case files shows that Perez Rangel has a felony record. He was charged with attempted robbery and use of a firearm during the commission of a felony following an incident in Fairfax, Va. in June 2003.
He was sentenced to prison in that case and released in July 2009. He was deported back to Mexico that same month, but he reappeared in Ohio two years later, though under the name Oscar Quezada.
He was arrested again in Aug. 2011 and sentenced to two years in prison and later ordered removed from the U.S.
