Kimberly Brinton, of Tunkhannock, PA, now finds herself with a prison sentence of two to six years because of her sass. She pleaded guilty on Tuesday to risking a catastrophe as well as drug charges from a separate incident.
She got into a gasoline-fight at a gas station in Wyoming county. She doused Tami Donovan with gasoline and to top it all off, Brinton was smoking at the time.
This not only put herself, Donovan, but everyone who was at the gas station at the time of the incident in danger.
The argument started when Donovan yelled and Brinton, telling her to put her cigarette out. Having a lit cigarette is a very dangerous decision that not only effects the smoker, but everyone who is around the flammable substance.
The argument escalated, with Donovan putting water on the lit cigarette.
As she was trying to pull her car away, Brinton pumped gas all over her. Donovan slipped and fell in the gas, breaking her arm in the process.
