Gerardo Quiros is a sick man who recently had his bail posted on Friday after being accused of holding a woman hostage for almost two whole months, raping her periodically the whole time.
He held his victim captive for a total of seven weeks at his home in Ridgeway, where he forced her to perform both sexual intercourse as well as oral sex acts.
The couple had an ongoing relationship, but the woman never expected him to snap and take things too far. She was locked inside the bathroom during her stay in his home. He punched her head and obstructed her breathing in doing so.
Quiros also broke her phone when she tried to call 911 for help.
He was captured in Niagra county after fleeing to the woods when the Sheriff’s officials responded to his home.
He is now facing seven counts of forces sexual intercourse as well as 20 counts of forced sexual oral conduct.
“The allegations are that they had an ongoing relationship and it was in the course of that relationship that these crimes occurred,” DA Joseph Cardone told the upstate New York TV station. The woman was locked in a bathroom during the ordeal, and punched in the head, obstructing her breathing, The Buffalo News reports. Quiros also allegedly smashed her phone when she attempted to call 911. Sheriff’s officials responded to the home on April 29, but Quiros fled into a nearby wooded area, Buffalo News reports. He was captured two days later in Niagra County. Quiros faces a slew of charges, including seven counts of forced sexual intercourse and 20 counts of forced oral sexual conduct, WROC reports. He was arraigned earlier this week, and posted bail.
