On Wednesday, President Donald Trump reprimanded Kathy Griffin, liberal comedian, for posting a video where she held up a decapitated head of a bloody President Trump.
President Donald Trump also tweeted, saying, “My children, especially my 11 year old son, Barron, are having a hard time with this.”
It is absolutely horrendous to think that that poor young boy would ever have to see his father depicted in such a gruesome way.
According to sources that are close to the Trump family, Barron Trump did not realize that the picture of his father was a fake when he first saw it.
He was sitting with his mother, Melania, and watching television when it Kathy Griffin first came on the screen. Young Barron panicked and screamed, “Mommy, mommy!”
Barron did not know who Kathy Griffin was or that she was a comedian. All he knew was that some crazy lady was on the screen holding his dead dads head. The only conclusion that a young boy could possibly draw is that something terrible happened to his dad. No one should ever have to see their parent in that position. Shame on you, Griffin!
According to TMZ, sources close to the Trump family said the photo traumatized Barron Trump — as he didn’t realize it was fake when he first saw it. The 11-year-old first son was apparently watching television alongside his mother when a photo of Griffin’s video appeared on the screen, allegedly panicking and screaming, “Mommy, Mommy!” “He’s 11. He doesn’t know who Kathy Griffin is and the head she was holding resembled his dad,” the source revealed, saying his initial reaction to the image was that something horrible had happened to his dad. TMZ first leaked the photo on Tuesday, reporting that the comedian posed for the photo with photographer Tyler Shields. The media outlet also posted footage of the shoot. Griffin took to Twitter later on Tuesday night to apologize for the image she said was “too disturbing,” and that “it wasn’t funny.”
