Tragedy struck when a former Texas beauty queen was found dead in her home at the young age of 31-years old.
On May 30th, police were called to investigate Mathers Mill Trail at 6:31am at the 1800 block. That is where they found Margaret Ann Garza not breathing in her own home.
According to Round Rock police, her death is under investigation. There is currently no information available regarding the circumstances surrounding her death.
Her obituary was done by Joe Jackson Funeral Chapel. Garza was not only involved in pageantry, but acting as well. She has previously been crowned as Ms. Texas Belleza Latina in 2007 as well as Ms. Belleza Latina International in 2008.
Garza’s hobbies included cooking, nature, guns, and horses as well has having a well kept home.
She learned from her mother and father in addition to her formal education. Garza also had a degree from TAMIU, where she got her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies.

She attended Alexander High School in Laredo and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from TAMIU. “She gained her love of nature, riding horses, shooting guns, and all things cowboy from her #1 Cowboy, her Daddy. And from her mama, it was having pride in a nice clean home, her love of cooking, and her respect for others,” her obituary read.
