A couple of newlyweds beginning their Honeymoon had boarded United Flight 170 on their way to Venice, when they noticed something unusual taking place outside the aircraft.
The happy couple just happened to look out their window and saw something that the grounds crew had somehow missed. Fuel was pouring out of the wing.
Naturally, they reported what they saw to the flight crew.
And, naturally, United thanked them and told them that they would take really good care of them.
The airline canceled the flight, lost their luggage and staff was rude to them.
What can we expect from folks who have no business working with the public?
United Airlines should make things right for this couple, wouldn’t you agree?
Clash Daily reports:
It’s a Honeymoon to remember. For all the wrong reasons.
Airlines are having some real customer service issues.
A paid passenger got knocked unconscious and dragged off the plane.
A mom got hit with a stroller.
A retired man was pushed to the airport floor by staff, knocked unconscious and ignored until a passing nurse came to assist him.
And now? Now we see that even heroes that help save the airline’s bacon get treated like (excrement).
