Hillary Clinton’s former campaign chairman John Podesta made a recent appearance on Fox Business Network that he wishes he would have avoided.
Naturally, Podesta was going to claim that the Russians interferred with the election in cahoots with the Trump campaign, but Fox’s Maria Bartiromo wasn’t having any of it!
Bartiromo asked Podesta what happened to the 75,000 shares of Joule Energy stock he was given but failed to disclose when he joined the Obama Administration as counselor to the President.
“It’s not a Russian company,” Podesta claimed.
“It’s backed by the Kremlin,” Bartiromo retorted.
“I did not have any stock in any Russian company, so go back and get your facts straight, Maria,” Podesta fired back, clearly annoyed.

A frustrated Podesta let the cat out of the bag: “I was on the board of an American company that did business here and only here,” Podesta said, before admitting, “The Russian company had a small investment in that company.”
Biz Pac Review reports:
He was all ready to claim Kremlin interference in the 2016 presidential campaign, but got all uppity when confronted with his own alleged financial ties to the Russian republic.
Former Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta left the lions’ den of Fox Business Network’s Maria Bartiromo Thursday still alive — but just barely.
