10-month-old Charlie Gard will die if he doesn’t get the proper medical treatment. The potentially life-saving procedure is not available in the UK. Charlie’s parents lost a court battle that would have allowed them to take Charlie to the United States for treatment. Charlie’s parents were advised to say their good-byes to their infant son.
President Trump stepped up:
If we can help little #CharlieGard, as per our friends in the U.K. and the Pope, we would be delighted to do so.
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 3, 2017
But for Shannon Watts of Moms Demand Action, the President is a racist for offering to help.
This is what Watts tweeted: “Anyone notice that the people Trump wants to help are white? From #CharlieGard to #KatesLaw to the leaders of the @NRA”
Sorry Ms. Watts, it looks like YOU are the only one who wants to make an issue out of the color of a dying baby’s skin.
Twitchy didn’t hesitate to call Watts out on her disgusting, racist opinion:
Shannon Watts’ response to Trump’s Charlie Gard tweet is despicable, even for her https://t.co/onKF6RLQ4j

It appears as though Watts has removed her original post, but here are some quotes from Twitter users who responded:
“Oh look, another person who sees people only by their skin color. I wonder what that’s called. Could it be, RACISM?”
“No, only you. You need to stop projecting your own prejudices on to other people.”
“I’ve noticed you’re a true Obama disciple….divisive, racist, lying puppet. By the way, your fake virtue signaling is really see-through.”
“What the hell is wrong with you? This is a baby.”
“As if liberals care about babies — 60+ million dead babies since the late 70s thanks to abortion.”
The Daily Wire reports:
Gun control advocacy group Moms Demand Action’s Shannon Watts has officially earned the blue ribbon for Worst Tweet of the Day in her race-baiting, anti-Second Amendment, anti-law response to President Trump’s offer on Twitter to help the parents of 10-month-old Charlie Gard, whose life is currently hanging on the whim of U.K. officials and the Orwellian-named European Court on Human Rights.
“If we can help little #CharlieGard, as per our friends in the U.K. and the Pope, we would be delighted to do so,” Trump tweeted Monday.
