Anti-Trumpers have been comparing the President to Adolf Hitler since he began his campaign. President Trump has been compared to Hitler more than any other human being.
Antifa call themselves “anti-facists”. They are the group that is most guilty of using “Hitler” rhetoric against the President. They’ve adopted fascist tactics to attack their political opponents on the Right.
Note: Fascism is not a right-wing ideology.
In order to prove how receptive these anti-fascists are to actual fascist rhetoric, a speech was delivered before a handful of Antifa members and other anti-Trump protesters. There was just one catch: The speech was composed almost entirely of quotes from Adolf Hitler.
The Antifa and anti-Trumpers who heard the speech responded with applause. They never knew that they were in full agreement with Nazi Germany’s Adolf Hitler.
Allen B. West reports:
Godwin’s law — the theory that “as an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Hitler approaches” — has been in full effect since the launch of the Trump campaign, with the president probably setting a record for the number of times he’s been compared to Hitler by his most hysterical critics
