President George W. Bush called Iran, Iraq, and North Korea, the Axis Of Evil many times during his Presidency. Although Iraq is more or less on our side now, and wouldn’t be considered part of the Axis of Evil anymore, Iran and North Korea are staying true to the name.
In fact, North Korea has been developing nuclear weapons and intercontinental ballistic missiles capable of striking targets in the United States. UN resolutions, sanctions, and a tremendous show of force by the United States have done nothing to dissuade the Hermit Kingdom from persuing a dream of nuclear terror.
Iran has also been working on perfecting ICBMs capable of delivering nuclear warheads to targets in the United States and Israel.
According to reports out of Syria, Iran has been constructing long-range ballistic missiles in a factory operating under the Syrian Scientific Studies and Research Center. The Center had been identified by the United States as the key Syrian government agency behind the country’s contested non-conventional weapons work, including chemical weapons.
Reports claim that Russians, North Koreans, and Iranians are all moving freely around the factory.
Young Conservatives reports:
If you’ve been following the development in North Korea of its ballistic missile program, you’ve no doubt found it concerning.
More concerning now that on July 4th they were able to successfully test an ICBM.
But North Korea isn’t the only rogue nation working on the long-range ballistic missile.
And it looks like Ronald Reagan’s old axis of evil is gearing up again, working on everyone getting that ability.
