Justine Damond was senselessly shot and killed by a police officer responding to her 911 call. Somali-American police officer Mohamed Noor initially claimed he was ‘spooked‘ by the unarmed white woman in her pajamas who was talking to his partner. That’s why Noor drew his weapon, reached across in front of his partner, and shot Damond.
Noor’s partner was stunned by the shooting. He didn’t perceive Damond as a threat.
Although Noor’s lawyer has told him not to talk about the incident, he did tell friends that he feels like he’s being used as a scapegoat because he’s Muslim and black.
Who’s the victim here, Justine Damond or the cop who gunned her down?
Not only that, but Noor’s lawyer has requested an independent autopsy to see if Damond had been taking medication such as sleeping pills.
And what if she had? Being on medication is not a reason to shoot someone! At least not in America.
Minneapolis Police Chief Janee Harteau called out Noor for his actions, saying, “Justine did not have to die.”
Mad World News reports:
Minnesota was recently thrust into chaos after a once-lauded Somali-American police officer shot and killed an innocent, unarmed woman. Although he’s remained quiet and uncooperative with investigators, it seems that the man has finally broken his silence – but it only made everything worse as people were left horrified by what he let slip.
