Vladimir Putin is more than a mere mortal in the eyes of some. There are two popular opinions about the Russian leader that may, or may not, be true.
In one, Putin is a terrible, murderous dictator, the likes of which rarely appear in human history. In the other, he is a legendary leader that history will look upon kindly.
According to reports, Putin is said to be routinely engaging in an ancient Russian tradition that involves bathing in blood. The blood comes from deer antlers that are rumored to have special health benefits.
More accurately, the blood comes from the antlers of the Maral, or Red Deer, that are predominantly found in the Altai mountains region of southeastern Russia. The Russian President is said to visit the region and take part in the special blood bath several times a year.
One farm that raises Maral deer described the medicinal properties of the antler blood: “Extract from red deer antlers acts as a strong tonic, especially for men’s potency. It strengthens the body’s bones, muscles, teeth, eye sight and hearing, cures pleurisy, pneumonia, asthma, joint pain, osteoporosis, and problems with the spine.”
While some people bathe in the blood, others prefer to drink it. There are many varieties of products derived from the blood that are sold in China and South Korea.
Conservative Tribune reports:
Russian President Vladimir Putin has become almost mythical in the minds of some, as there are those who liken him to the worst sort of murderous dictators in history while others view him as being on par with legendary leaders past.
Recent reports out of Russian media sources, according to the U.K. Daily Mail, seemingly fall in line with the latter sort of thinking about Putin, as he is said to be routinely engaging in an ancient tradition that involves bathing in blood obtained from deer antlers for their alleged health benefits.
