Imagine you are sound asleep, safe and comfortable in your own bed. It’s early morning. Suddenly a loud crash awakens you from your slumber. When you get out of bed to ivestigate, you are dumbfounded by what you find, and no one can offer any Earthly explanation.
Sounds like something from a Sci-fi thriller, but that’s exactly what happened to a Deerfield Beach, FL family.
When the Adair family went out to investigate what caused the noise, they found two packages of sausage in the yard beside their house. When they looked on the roof of their house, they were astonished to find more sausages and some pork chops.
All told, approximately 15 pounds of meat was dropped on the house. But by who, and why?
Did the meat fall out of the sky? Was it being carried on an airplane in the wee hours of the moring, and accidentally dropped onto the Adair family’s home?
According to the labeling on some of the packages, the meat originally came from Fussell Frozen Foods. Austin Adair decided to contact them to see if they knew anything about how sausages wound up on the roof.
“I called them and the guy had no idea what I was talking about and probably thought I was crazy,” Adair said.
The truth is out there!
Conservative Tribune reports:
When the Adair family of Deerfield Beach, Florida, heard a loud crash on their roof early in the morning, it woke them from their sleep. They didn’t discover until the next morning that a bag full of sausage is what had caused the crashing sound.
You can’t make this stuff up.
The incident occurred on July 15 around 4 a.m., WPLG-TV reported. “It was like thunder, and it awakened me out of a sleep,” Travis Adair said.
