A Pennsylvania woman was arrested Tuesday after she killed her 17-month-old son and texted a video of the boy’s body with a laughing emoji to his father, police tell the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
Police arrested 21-year-old Christian Clark after her son was found unresponsive in her McKeesport home.
Clark admitted she smothered the child and was charged with criminal homicide.
Police say Clark sent multiple messages to the child’s father before and after the incident.
“Ya kids ain’t safe her I don’t want them here,” one text said. “Answer me or im going to jail for child endangerment.”
“I’m killing them,” she said in another text.
Clark then sent a video of a girl and the boy face down on the bed, the Post-Gazette reports.
“Ahh, look, Angel is still alive and sweating your son on the other hand is not even breathing,” she said in the video according to police. “I wish I could keep the camera still.”
Her boyfriend, Andrew Price Jr., replied, “Send it to the cops post it to fb idc anymore you ruined my life.”
“I really snapped this time,” Clark wrote.
“Try to wake him up I said hold him,” Price replied.
“Its okay im dialing 911,” Clark wrote.
“You need to if he dead,” Price replied.
“I am… Sorry I did this I stg I didn’t mean to,” Clark wrote.
